Kesho, a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants servicing diverse clients across industries, is thrilled to announce opportunities within our NSC Programme. We are actively seeking passionate candidates with qualifications ranging from a minimum of a higher certificate (NQF Level 5) in the following fields:

  • Information Technology
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Finance
  • Commerce
  • Business Management/Administration
  • Office Administration
  • Graphics Design 
  • Marketing
  • Human Resources
  • Education (majored in Maths, Physical Science, Accounting, Business Studies, and Economics)

As part of this enriching 12-month programme, successful candidates will be placed both internally and at various organizations, predominantly situated in the picturesque Lowveld of Mpumalanga. This immersive experience promises valuable insights into the complexities of the industry.

Requirements: 

  • A minimum of a higher certificate (NQF Level 5).
  • Candidates with previous experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Not older than 35 years of age as of January 1, 2026. 
  • Must be South African (not through naturalisation). 
  • Currently unemployed or available for a year.

 

Responsibilities:

The specific duties will be communicated by the hosting organization at the commencement of your duties. 

Remuneration: A competitive remuneration of R3,500.00 per month. 

Expected Start Date: This will be communicated upon appointment.

Yes, you are welcome to apply for the NSC Programme, as the minimum requirement is an NQF Level 4 qualification, equivalent to Grade 12 or Matric. Please note, however, that you should have an interest in specializing in one of the following fields:

  • Information Technology
  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Commerce

Yes, the programme is open to all South Africans, regardless of which province they live in.

Accepted applicants will primarily be placed in the Mpumalanga, Lowveld region. However, some placements may be available within applicants’ home provinces. For example, if you are from the Eastern Cape, you may receive a placement there, provided we secure a hosting partner.

Please also note that attendance at a Work Readiness and Onboarding workshop at our headquarters in Nelspruit will be required.
