Join Kesho’s Exciting TVET Work-Based Experience Programme!

Kesho, a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants servicing diverse clients across industries, is thrilled to announce opportunities within our Work-Based Experience Programme.

We are seeking for public TVET students who have obtained their N6 certificate and are seeking to complete an 18-month work-based experience programme in order to get their National Diploma (NQF level 6).

You must have N6 Certificate in the following fields of study: 

  • Financial Management;
  • Business Management;
  • Marketing Management;
  • HR Management; and
  • Management Assistant.

 

As part of this enriching 18-month (1 year, 6 months) programme, successful candidates will be placed both internally and at partner organisations, predominantly situated in the picturesque Lowveld of Mpumalanga. This immersive experience offers valuable insights into the industry and an opportunity to grow professionally.

Requirements: 

  • Candidates with prior experience are encouraged to apply.
  • N6 certificate in one of the above-mentioned fields or courses.
  • Not older than 35 years of age as of January 1, 2026. 
  • Must be South African (not through naturalisation). 

 

Responsibilities:

The specific duties will be communicated by the hosting organization at the commencement of your duties. 

Remuneration: R82 500 per annum

Includes a completion bonus of R5100.00

Expected Start Date: This will be communicated upon appointment.
