Business Administration Officer & Executive Assistant

Location: 33 Ferreira Street, Mbombela, 1200, South Africa.

Kesho is a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants servicing a range of clients in different industries.

We are looking for a Business Administration Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures. This individual is responsible for fostering a positive, collaborative work environment and effectively leveraging resources without compromising quality.

Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or diploma 
  • At least one-year experience in similar role
  • Superior customer service experience essential, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage priorities against tight deadlines.
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Tender Administration Experience.
  • Tech savvy.
 
Key Performance Areas:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Manage procurement of goods and services in compliance with our clients and Kesho policies and procedures.
  • Implement, and enforce project policies, protocols, and procedures relating to time and expense reporting, finance, payroll, human resources, travel, staffing, procurement, and other operations activities in alignment with our client and Kesho policies and procedures
  • Edit memos, letters, emails and other correspondence; format and edit documents such as financial statements, presentations, proposals and other client deliverables according to Kesho brand standards
  • Build relationships, using various mediums, with customers in all functions at all levels, and assure effective delivery of services
  • Conduct research as requested using Internet and intranet resources
  • Provide advanced support using Kesho software, including invoicing, reports, opening/closing/reinstating projects and performing research
  • Preparing and coordinating office files, basic clerical tasks, data entry and operating office equipment (scanner and printer)
  • Managing training and meetings effectively
  • Perform a wide range of administrative tasks and actively contribute to an effective work team environment by sharing the workload within the team
  • Assist in the implementation of new administration initiatives that impact across the business, ensuring proper take up in all sections
  • Assist in identifying issues that impact on proper administration of the Kesho business and work with others to implement solutions
  • Prepare Board room for meetings and serve refreshments.
  • Prepare for staff meetings, workshops, special events and farewells for staff
