This service plan is a good balance between cost and service.

It covers all costs for our services at a fixed fee, there are no surprise bills at the end of the month or financial year.

It also covers the system costs of Xero (the cloud  accounting system). You will also have access to the system to ensure efficient and effective processes in managing your business.

Your organisation will have its own dedicated accountant who will handle all your business affairs as per the silver service plan.

This service plan includes a Financial Manager.

A Financial manager performs data analysis and advise senior managers on profit-maximizing ideas. This Financial manager will be responsible for the financial health of your organization.

The Finacial Manager will create financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop plans for the long-term financial goals of your organization.

On a regular basis we would also do a deep dive into your company and analyse the company’s profit per client, employee, type of work, and type of billing to help the company get a better understanding of where there is room for improvements.

We would identify the company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) — cash in the bank, production metrics, financial metrics and pipeline metrics — and use those KPIs to report on performance and share with the results with management on a annual basis.
