We try by all means to customise the package to fit the needs of the client, but at the same time we try to make sure that we don’t strip the package so much that the client ends up having to be billed separately for services, that would have been done as part of the package on a monthly basis.
That is usually affected by the availability of information and the client. We may give a determined time, but the turnaround response from the client is the main determent.
Information from the previous accountant, as this will make the new relationship smooth and will eliminate delays.
Our Working Hours are from 08:00 – 17:00. Feel free to contact us during those hours. You can also email us alternatively anytime and we will get back to you as as soon as possible.
