From the beginning, Kesho has helped clients transform non-compliance into compliance, ensuring their financial systems, reports, and corporate governance structures not only meet but exceed industry expectations. We originally operated under the name Ataw, but as our vision expanded, so did our identity. Our name evolved to Kesho, inspired by the Swahili word for “tomorrow”—a reflection of our forward-thinking approach.

Vusi Matse (CA) SA
CEO
Vusi is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kesho. With over 13 years of experience, he’s helped business owners cut costs, attract new clients, and use technology to grow their companies. He’s a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and a certified Growth Wheel business advisor, with deep expertise in everything from finance and auditing to business development and information systems. Vusi holds three degrees from the University of Cape Town and UNISA, and has worked across multiple industries in senior leadership roles

Thandeka Moshesh(CA) SA
Manager & Business Advisor
Thandeka is our Manager and Business Advisor, who is a Chartered Accountant, CA (SA) with extensive experience in Financial Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, and Financial Management.
She worked as an auditor at PWC for three years, gaining substantial expertise in external audits and reviews of large, small, and medium-sized public-sector firms.
Thandeka is enthusiastic about educating and aiding business owners in growing their companies and reaching the heights that their clientele demand. Derives a lot of satisfaction from assisting a company in becoming a professional environment by improving the control environment, corporate culture, general management, and attitude, all of which are driven by hard work and collaboration
